Grade: 8th
Jidapa just finished 7th grade and is continuing to improve in school. She ended this year with a 3.0 GPA, and earned 2 A’s. She is doing well in Art, Health, and Culture courses. Our teachers expect that she can keep improving next year.

Journey to Warm Heart
Jidapa hails from Hui Kyeng Sang, a village not too far from the Children’s Homes.
Jidapa used to help her mother sell noodles at their Chiang Mai market stand, but her parents were often traveling to other cities for work.
This made attending school difficult for Jidapa and her older brother, NatDanai.
Their mother thought the two would have a better childhood and education if they could live at Warm Heart.
Today
Jidapa is happy to have a best friend, Jangum, at Warm Heart to bond with over the difficulties of their lives before living at the Children’s Home.
In addition to talking, the girls love playing sports and board games together.
Jidapa loves to draw and do anything artistic.
Her favorite thing about being at Warm Heart is playing with Evelind’s cats.
Her best school subject is math and someday Jidapa hopes to be a teacher.
