Sponsor FAQ 1: Will I sponsor an actual child?
Answer: Yes. As a Warm Heart sponsor you have two options. If you see a child who speaks directly to your heart, you can sponsor that specific child and communicate with them if you choose.
Alternatively, we can pair you with a new child arriving at Warm Heart or Ton Roong and introduce you.
Either way, we will ensure that you receive a profile of your child, photos and regular updates.
This will allow you to connect with your sponsored child and to establish a friendship that will carry a special meaning for you both.[space_20]
Sponsor FAQ 2: How much is sponsorship?
Answer: Sponsorship is $1,500 a year (or $125/month), which will provide your child with:
~ a safe home
~ nutritious food
~ medical care
~ clothes and shoes
~ school uniforms
~ books and supplies
~ extra tutoring
~ a library
~ computers and internet for an entire school year.

Sponsor FAQ 3: What is the $25 for “Rising fees with success”?
Answer: When we started, we never anticipated that every single one of our children would succeed in school.
We do not select our children based on any admissions criteria except need. We take only kids whose backgrounds should make them the least likely to succeed. Our kids arrive not able to speak Thai and far, far behind in school.
But today the Warm Heart children as a team outperform the school district average GPA by 50%!
But success is costly. Middle school adds $500 to the cost of school, high school $1,000, university $5,000.
Your $25 a month helps to defray the price of success!

Sponsor FAQ 4: How will my sponsorship donation be used?
Answer: Our experience has taught us that the most effective way to help children is by combining your sponsorship with those of other sponsors and donors – rather than just giving it directly to your sponsored child.This ensures that all of the children living in our Children’s Homes and enrolled at Ton Roong Boarding School will benefit from your support and our programs.
Rest assured, however, that your sponsorship donation will be spent only on housing and food costs, staff, teachers, uniforms and other expenses directly related to child care.

Sponsor FAQ 5: Why should I sponsor with Warm Heart?
Answer: Because the Warm Heart method works. We are successfully helping at risk children get a fresh start in life and escape the poverty cycle.In a place where most kids drop out after 6th grade, 100% of ours graduate from 9th grade.
Through our programs, many of our children go on to High School and even University. Sponsor with Warm Heart and you will give a child a new life.

Sponsor FAQ 6: Are my contributions tax deductible?
Answer: Yes. You will receive a formal tax receipt from Warm Heart Worldwide, Inc. to file with your tax return. Please contact your tax advisor with any questions.

Sponsor FAQ 7: How long will my sponsorship last?
Answer: Sponsorship is a voluntary, ongoing contribution. You decide how long you are able to help.Many sponsors have supported our work since we first opened our doors in July 2008.

Sponsor FAQ 8: Can I give a gift sponsorship?
Answer: Yes. You are able to share the gift of sponsorship.You will be able to enter the gift recipient’s information on the enrollment form.
Your gift recipient will receive an email introducing them to Warm Heart’s family of sponsors.
